Good or Bad? Coffee is deemed mostly harmless via people's words and emotions about drinking it first thing in the morning. I love my coffee, especially in the morning, but coffee does contain molds in most brands as coffee roasters don’t test for it.
One of the top 5 items I have patients remove from their diet during our nutritional programs is dairy(all products). It may be delicious but it’s extremely inflammatory and how our culture consumes it is very unnatural. It disrupts the natural process of a healthy human body and eventually causes dysfunction and disease.
Everything the human consumes has to benefit the health and lifespan of the human. If you consume “raised meat” in your body make sure it’s organic and/or pasture raised.
