I’ve followed these principles of health for the past 14 years. If you’re consistent with them you will be rewarded with a level of health others want and will consistently ask you what you’re doing. You have your health once, once lost, it’s extremely difficult to regain it back.

Consistently I’m told I look young, I agree I do but I’m also in the best shape I’ve ever been in because I’ve worked on my health for years and will continue to do so until I die.

This is exactly why I built @archetype.health. Archetype health exists to teach people to be healthy and live their lives as functionally as possible. Soon we will have several 8 week tracts of Archetype health courses you’ll be able to join very soon.

I’ve really enjoyed building these courses and am very close to being able to show everyone why I chose to rebrand friends and family and build Archetype Health.
