This is the most common response I hear any time I ask to see a patient’s blood work. They have been told that everything is normal, yet they still feel awful. How could this be the case? This post is specifically about why medical and functional blood analysis is different and absolutely needs to be understood. Medicine evaluates "normal"/non-pathological blood values. Archetype uses "optimal" blood values which are smaller in a acceptable range but are compared other lab values to determine the cause of your issue..
Signs of a retained plantar or Babinski reflex are: Toe walking, Issues with proprioceptive and vestibular systems, Muscles in the back of the legs are affected, altering gait, Trouble with balance, Gravitational insecurity, Trouble with vestibular, visual, and sensory systems.
This is the structure we use in our Birmingham Alabama Chiropractor clinic for building a healthy lifestyle. All of these components are the focus areas to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind. All of these foundations are interdependent. For example, you cannot have a fully healthy brain if you are not eating and exercising correctly. If you aren’t consuming the proper nutritious foods, exercising will be less effective. The brain and the body depend on each other and are in constant communication. All of the 5 foundations should be utilized in succession. If one is put ahead of the other, the individual will experience a benefit in their health but will not reach true optimal function. So many people fail to reach their goals or they develop disease because they are not focused on all of the components of health. You cannot reach your health potential if you don’t incorporate all of these foundations into your lifestyle together.
